The Central Registration Centre issues the certificate of incorporation.
An LLP is registered through the FiLLiP form under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, and an OPC needs one member and a nominee. A Section 8 company is incorporated for charitable objects and receives a licence under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 with its incorporation.

The board appoints the first auditor within 30 days of incorporation (section 139(6)). Before the company starts business or borrows, a director files the declaration of commencement of business in INC-20A within 180 days (section 10A).
